Engagement Timeline
Engagements are typically four to six months and prioritize five open roles at one time. During an engagement 5 to 15 positions will be filled, depending on level and requirements.

Run prebriefs, debriefs, and all offer calls
Train hiring managers on new resources and processes available
Training on removing bias from feedback and appropriate interview questions
Implement customized candidate communications for every stage in the process
Month 3
Source and interview candidates
Complete interview plans for all open roles
Run prebriefs, debriefs, and all offer calls
Training on interview techniques
Training how to create a great candidate experience
Complete & post job descriptions
Month 4
