Engagement Timeline

Engagements are typically four to six months and prioritize five open roles at one time. During an engagement 5 to 15 positions will be filled, depending on level and requirements.


Month 1

 
  • Define hiring needs and start building sourcing pipelines

  • Interview candidates

  • Complete & post job descriptions

  • Set up Applicant Tracking System and provide training for hiring managers on best practices for managing a role within ATS

  • Develop standardized process for: Job Description Template, Role & Offer Approval, Recruiter and Hiring Manager Responsibilities, and Interview Plan Template


Month 2

 
  • Source and interview candidates

  • Complete interview plans for all open roles

  • Run prebriefs, debriefs, and all offer calls

  • Train hiring managers on new resources and processes available

  • Training on removing bias from feedback and appropriate interview questions

  • Implement customized candidate communications for every stage in the process


Month 3

 
  • Source and interview candidates

  • Complete interview plans for all open roles

  • Run prebriefs, debriefs, and all offer calls

  • Training on interview techniques

  • Training how to create a great candidate experience

  • Complete & post job descriptions


Month 4

 
  • Source and interview candidates

  • Run prebriefs, debriefs, and all offer calls

  • Implement fellowship hiring

  • Provide recruiting data on open and closed roles


Month 5

 
  • Source and interview candidates

  • Complete interview plans for all open roles

  • Run prebriefs, debriefs, and all offer calls


Month 6

  • Hiring Manager cross training
