Proceso Talent was founded by Isabel Rasmussen, an expert in recruiting mid to senior level software engineers for mission driven startups. Her prior experience includes Head of Technical Recruitment for a Series E mission driven startup, as well as the Head of Recruitment for a Series C SaaS startup. Isabel has conducted thousands of phone interviews and has developed customized interviewing and hiring plans for each role to ensure high-quality hires.
